Keep your users informed during outages with incident management.
Creating an Incident
- Go to Incidents in the sidebar
- Click New Incident
- Set the severity (Minor, Major, Critical)
- Write a title and initial update
- Select affected monitors
- Publish to your status page
- Investigating: Initial acknowledgment
- Identified: Root cause found
- Monitoring: Fix deployed, watching
- Resolved: Issue fixed
